Answer: That silvery button that sets the height of your QuickShelter legs is held in position by a leaf spring. Use caution when pressing this button, and never use a tool such as a screwdriver to depress it. If the button disappears inside the leg, it can be pushed back in place by removing, or partially removing the leg pole, reaching in and tapping it back. If you're unsure of how to do this, simply return it to Paha Que' and we'll be happy to do it for you.

Answer: When you can't drive a stake into the ground, there's always duct tape! Or, if you have cinder blocks handy, they make a strong anchor in mild winds.
