If you experience a pole set failure, please return the broken components to us for repair. Please note that it is common for poles, particularly the longer roof poles that are used on our tents, screen and shade shelters, to develop a slight bend, or "set" over a period of time. This is completely normal and does not in any way reduce the strength of the pole.
If however your pole has bent to the point of deforming the sides of the pole, or has cracked or completely broken, we will repair the damaged pole. If your repair is covered under our warranty, you will be notified.
Keep in mind, we do not offer most pole sets for sale or simple pole replacement. Due to not only the size of our product line, but also the design changes and revisions done over the years, we are unable stock complete pole sets. In order to replace your broken pole with one that will properly fit together with the rest of your poles, we must have the broken one returned to us.
